Delivery & returns
You have the possibility to have your order delivered free of charge to one of our addresses, in our Atelier or in our Boutique in Brussels (Ixelles).
Our Boutique KISANY is located at 469, Chaussée de Waterloo in 1050 Brussels and is open from Thursday to Saturday from 11am to 6.30pm.
Our Atelier is located at 100, Rue Profonde in 1970 Wezembeek-Oppem and we receive by appointment.
You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is ready.
Delivery operates at the time of the transfer of the product’s physical possession to the client (the “Delivery”).The risk of lost or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the client at the time of the Delivery.
Delivery prices applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the Order in the section “Delivery and returns”.
The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the client, being specified that it must be the address of the customer’s residence, an individual of their choice or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Client must make sure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (including in particular: house number number/name, building number/name, staircase, access codes, names and/or numbers for the intercom, etc.). In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the client due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer’s withdrawal of the Order from the selected pick-up point or BPost, a reshipment will be made at the Customer’s expense.
Orders are shipped within 10 business days at most for a Delivery in Belgium and 20 business days for an International Delivery, from the first business date after the confirmation of the Order. Please note that the delivery of personalized or bespoke items may exceed 30 days. Nevertheless, the period may be extended up to 10 working days, especially after the launch of a new collection and from 1st of November to December 31, considering the significant increase of the orders volume.
KISANY Social Enterprise only deliver to the following countries: Belgium,
France, Switzerland Spain, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, United Kingdoms, United States of America.
In case of delivery outside Belgium, administrative and/or customs charges may be applied by the carrier and are at the expense of the buyer.
KISANY Social Enterprise cannot be liable for the late Delivery caused by a case of force majeure (as defined below).
If the delivery time is exceeded and is not justified by a case of force majeure,
the client may request the cancellation of the sale and within a maximum period of 14 days will receive a refund of the Order. KISANY Social Enterprise cannot be liable of any direct or indirect damage resulting from delay of delivery.
1. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT’S DURATION AND CONDITIONS
Any non-professional customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the Delivery. Exception made for personnalized and bespoke items for which there is no possibility of refund or return.
In this case, the customer must fill out the return form available in his personal account in the orders section, or send the withdrawal form available at the end of the T&Cs to KISANY Social Enterprise at email@example.com or by mail to KISANY Social Enterprise SPRL-FS - Service retours - Meusegemstraat 44 - 1861 Meise - Belgium. The return request will be confirmed by KISANY Social Enterprise to the customer by e-mail. The customer must follow the procedure mentioned in the confirmation e-mail.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS IN CASE OF THE USE OF THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
The products must be returned to KISANY Social Enterprise within 14 days from the use of the withdrawal right by the client. After such 14 days, the sale is final. The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels attached, brand new, without having used it or washed it.
In all cases, the product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused, unwashed.
Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk.
A refund by KISANY Social Enterprise for the order returned is made within 14 days by the communication by the client of the withdrawal right, subject to the receipt of the Products and its excellent condition.
Except as otherwise indicated by the client, repayment will be made through the same payment means used to pay the Order.
The repayment of an order paid by gift card or a voucher will always be by voucher.
If the Client does not comply with these T&Cs, KISANY Social Enterprise will not be able to refund the Products concerned. In all cases, the return costs are borne by KISANY Social Enterprise if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
According to legal regulations, KISANY Social Enterprise guarantees the clients against compliance and latent defects, under the following conditions:
In the event of a visible defect in a product, the customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the date of delivery. All requests must state the defect concerned. Failing this, the request will not be accepted and no returns or exchanges will be possible. The product must be returned, in its original packaging, with the original labels, new, without having been used or washed, and with the order reference and a copy of the request sent by post to the head office: KISANY Social Enterprise - Meusegemstraat 44 - 1861 Meise - Belgium.
Visible defect confirmed by KISANY Social Enterprise shall give rise, depending of the demand’s content and the nature of the defect, to exchange.
