Care instructions

We recommend that you wash your table linen items before the first use and follow the instructions recommended by our suppliers. 

Before the first use: Wash your new bed linen in cold water and without laundry detergents.

General washing instructions thereafter: During the first three washes we recommend you wash at 30°C max. with laundry detergents without chlorine or optical bleaching agents.

Afterwards, use only quality liquid laundry – don’t use softeners! Avoid overloading the machine and wash your bed linen inside out (at 60°C max).​

Always wash dark colors separately. During the first washes, the dark colors release a little excess color. This phenomenon is not abnormal and will stabilize in subsequent washes.

Never leave the bed linen wet in the machine to preserve it and avoid colour migrations.

Do not wash your bed linen with other textiles, especially those containing polyester, which would damage natural fibers and damage the softness. All your KISANY bed linen products are made from natural fibres and are therefore prone to shrinkage. Follow these recommendations carefully to limit the risks.

Do not have it dry-cleaned.

Rinse: Rinse the linen thoroughly with clear water.

Drying: Hang your laundry to dry it with reduced heat strain.

Ironing: Iron your bed linen to 200°C max.

Washing instructions thereafter: Fill your drum with a normal load that does not exceed the recommended weight. Use a suitable detergent that does not contain optical whitening agents. Never use bleach or detergents with enzymes as they damage the quality of the fabric and shortens this life of the item.

Apply the recommended washing temperature: 45°C (max 60°C). There is not need to raise the temperature too much as it is not required for linen.

Rinse: Rinse the laundry thoroughly with water (we recommend 3 rinse cycles).

Drying: When using a dryer fill the drum halfway (half the normal weight) to allow the linen to move freely during drying. Raise the temperature gradually pendant drying to 60°C and remove the linen before it is completely dried.

Ironing: 100% linen and linen/cotton is ideally ironed in steam iron at high temperature when the material is a little damp. The linen/polyester is ironed at a medium temperature.

Remplissez à moitié le tambour de votre séchoir afin de permettre au linge de bouger librement.

Le 100% lin et le lin/coton peuvent être repassés au fer à vapeur à haute température.

Le lin/polyester est à repasser au fer à vapeur à une température moyenne.
